Shipping & returns

We’re so grateful you chose Glow Together. Each order is carefully prepared and packaged with intention to arrive safely and ready to enjoy.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package on its journey. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or federal holidays. Please note that processing time is separate from shipping time.

Shipping

We currently ship within the United States only. Shipping options and delivery estimates are shown at checkout.

Delivery timelines are estimates provided by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Free shipping: We offer free standard shipping on orders of $85 or more within the United States.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping address when placing your order. Glow Together is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the order.

Returns

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. However, if there is an issue with your order, we will always do our best to make it right.

damaged items

We take great care in packaging each order, but occasionally damage may occur during transit.
 

If your candle arrives damaged, please email us within 72 hours of delivery and include:

• Your order number
• A photo of the damaged candle
• A photo of the shipping box and packaging
 

Once reviewed, we will work with you to resolve the issue with a replacement or refund if appropriate.

Missing packages

If your tracking information shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, we recommend:
 

• Checking around your delivery location
• Checking with neighbors or building management
• Waiting up to 48 hours, as carriers sometimes mark packages delivered before arrival
 

If your package is still missing, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
